A respected boutique law firm specializing in corporate and real estate transactions, estate and tax planning, and business litigation is seeking an experienced attorney to join its dynamic litigation team. The firm handles all phases of litigation, including settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
We are looking for a skilled attorney with experience in handling a range of business litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, real estate, insurance, and employment issues. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all phases of litigation, including trial, and be ready to take over a respected practice while driving its future success.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and representation in civil, business, and real estate litigation matters.
Lead and manage all phases of litigation, from settlement negotiations to trials.
Develop strategies aligned with client goals and resolve legal matters efficiently.
Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and updates.
Collaborate with senior attorneys, associates, and support staff.
Represent clients in high-stakes negotiations and complex legal issues.

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
5 years of litigation experience, preferably in business, real estate, employment, insurance, and general litigation.
Proven track record in handling complex cases and successful litigation outcomes.
Strong negotiation, communication, and legal research skills.
Client-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strategic thinker with practical, effective problem-solving abilities.
