Location: Madison, NJ
Work arrangement: Hybrid - This is a hybrid position with 3 days in-office.
Compensation: $154K - $195K base
Experience: 4 - 8 years
Bar admission: Active admission in any US state
About The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a well-established commercial litigation group with a collaborative culture. The firm seeks an Associate with a concentration in construction litigation.
What You'll Do
- Handle construction litigation matters independently.
- Manage a caseload with approximately 1,900 billable hours.
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs.
- Develop case strategy for construction disputes.
What You Bring (required)
- Direct construction litigation concentration.
- Admitted to NJ Bar or able to waive in.
- Stable tenure history.
- Strong law school GPA (transcript required).
- Able to commute to the office 3 days per week.
