- Lead airport infrastructure projects including runways, taxiways, aprons, roadways, terminals, and support facilities.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and project delivery.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with airports, FAA, airlines, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Oversee aviation engineering design, including pavement, stormwater, utilities, and airside/landside infrastructure.
- Review technical designs, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.
- Support construction administration, project management, and business development activities.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop aviation engineering staff.
- Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, state/local regulations, and industry standards.
- 8+ years of airport/aviation engineering experience required.
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program and PE license required.
- Proficiency with Civil 3D, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office; MS Project/Primavera P6 preferred.
- Texas aviation experience and FAA design knowledge preferred.
- Travel required; must obtain a Texas driver’s license within 45 days.
