Hanwha Vision America is recruiting for a Customer Success Specialist to be based on-site in Foxborough, MA. The role will support sales teams technically, maintain and demonstrate the HITE video product, and update product specs as new Hanwha products are introduced.
Primary duties include reviewing specifications and RFPs, preparing cross-over BOMs, and delivering training/presentations to integrators and customers. Strong physical security background is required to be considered.
