SpecPro Sustainment & Environmental (SSE) is seeking a versatile, mid-level SharePoint and Dataverse Developer to support our Data Intelligence team across multiple contracts, internal initiatives, and emerging opportunities.

In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain business applications, workflow automations, collaboration sites, and data-driven solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and coding languages such as Python, R, and SQL.

You’ll work alongside the Data Intelligence development team to take solutions from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and documentation. Because priorities may shift as new projects and contracts emerge, we’re looking for someone who can work independently, collaborate across teams, and adapt quickly while continuing to deliver reliable solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Gather requirements from customers and subject matter experts, document business processes, and translate needs into practical, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions that improve business processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, content types, forms, views, and document-management features.
  • Design Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, security roles, and data models that support reliable business applications.
  • Build and maintain canvas apps, model-driven apps, automated workflows, and integrations between SharePoint, Dataverse, spreadsheets, and other approved systems.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and integration activities.
  • Perform testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for applications, workflows, permissions, integrations, and data-quality issues.
  • Apply appropriate governance, security, configuration, accessibility, records-management, and change-control practices for government Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Create technical documentation, process maps, user guides, release notes, and training materials, and provide demonstrations or user training as needed.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, developers, program managers, and customer stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions across contracts and functional areas.
  • Support short-duration surge requirements, solution demonstrations, prototypes, technical approaches, estimates, proposals, and other strategic Data Intelligence initiatives.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively and transition between projects as organizational and customer needs change.
  • Travel to SpecPro headquarters and customer locations as requested.
