Sterling Central Group, a leading financial services firm in Seattle, WA, seeks a Full Stack Developer for a FULL_TIME position. As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications using various technologies. You will write clean, efficient code, and ensure the applications are optimized for performance. You will also troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement security measures to protect user data.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. You should have 3+ years of experience in full stack development. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one backend language is required. Experience with React, Node.js, and SQL is a plus.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to our projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proven experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js, and other modern web technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
