- Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to derive client insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis/extraction, providing insights, turnaround plans, accountability, and monitoring of Carrier/Retail operational performance.
- Build relationships with internal operational teams to understand their operational, analytical, and reporting needs for actionable insights into the business.
- Ensure the consistency and integrity of reported data.
- Develop, implement, and continuously assess operational markers to identify areas of concern and trends (positive/negative).
- Track the progress of initiatives, identify gaps, and make course corrections or validate expected impacts.
- Improve performance by developing presentations of analytic findings that highlight meaningful information for operational management and leadership.
- Assist in coordinating cost savings and initiative impacts into the monthly/annual budgeting process.
- Lead the creation, articulation, and interpretation of reporting insights to drive business outcomes aligned with SEA’s objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of warehouse operations, including planning, organizing, monitoring activities, and assisting in prioritization and risk mitigation.
- Analyze inventory results and implement corrective actions when results are outside normal ranges on key metrics.
- Develop executive-level presentations using storytelling and visuals to provide compelling insights.
- Work cross-functionally with business groups to identify value propositions and impacts of business objectives.
- Develop, monitor, and improve data tools and reports for senior leadership, including forecasting, planning, budgeting, and performance management within operations.
- Provide ongoing operational support as needed, including budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc requests.
