Vantage Elite Inc., a Cincinnati, OH-based technology company, seeks a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and implement machine learning models and optimize algorithms. This full-time position involves collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into products.
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop and implement machine learning models, optimize algorithms, and evaluate model performance. You will also collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into our products.

This position offers a competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $142,705 per year, reflecting the candidate's skills, experience, and the company's commitment to fair remuneration. The role involves managing a team of professionals, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of tasks within set deadlines. Candidates should be proficient in using industry-standard software and tools, such as project management platforms, communication software, and data analysis tools. The workplace is typically a modern office environment, equipped with necessary technology and resources to support the team's work. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with several years of experience in project management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in machine learning and data analysis. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn is required. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology are essential.
