We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong experience in financial services or asset management to modernize legacy applications and build scalable, cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. This is a hands-on technical role requiring expertise in application architecture, React, C#/.NET, microservices, and database technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Modernize legacy WinForms and .NET applications into React-based, cloud-native microservices.
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and related Azure services.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, web applications, and backend services using React, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server and Snowflake database solutions, including stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Implement application monitoring, performance optimization, security, scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Provide technical leadership, evaluate architectural approaches, and collaborate with stakeholders and senior management.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive software development experience, preferably in financial services or asset management.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and database optimization.
- Strong experience with SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Experience modernizing legacy .NET applications and deploying cloud-native solutions on AKS or Azure App Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, application security, performance monitoring, scalability, and resilient system design.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

A hands-on senior technical leader with strong architectural judgment, financial services domain knowledge, and the ability to drive application modernization initiatives while remaining actively involved in development.
This is an individual contributor / technical leadership role, not a people management position.
