Splicing Foreman

We do not always have a foreman seat posted, but we are always interested in hands who can run one.

What you'd own

  • Run a splicing crew day to day, including scheduling and hand-off
  • Production fusion splicing: single-fiber and mass-fusion ribbon
  • OTDR and power-meter test discipline, documented to spec
  • Quality control and daily reporting back to operations
  • Safety on site, every day, no exceptions

What we're looking for

  • Several years of production splicing experience
  • Experience leading a crew on carrier, MSO, or ISP builds
  • Fluent with splice prints, as-builts, and customer specifications
  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel as projects require
