Herzing University is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead strategy, planning, and execution across faculty and staff recruitment. The role oversees the TA department, partners with campus leadership, and drives KPI-driven outcomes.
Travel is required for campus visits and events. The ideal candidate will have substantial TA leadership experience in higher education or healthcare, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of scaling recruitment functions and budgets.
