360 Recruiter | Energy Staffing | Houston, TX
I’m partnering with a U.S.-based energy recruiting firm that is expanding into Houston and looking to build out its contract staffing business.
This is an opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter with a strong sales mindset who wants to play a meaningful role in building a market, developing new client relationships, and growing a successful contract staffing desk.
The Opportunity
- Join an established energy recruiting firm with a growing U.S. presence.
- Help build and expand the Houston contract staffing business.
- Develop new business and establish relationships with energy-sector clients.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development through candidate delivery.
- Build and grow a strong client and candidate network.
- Work closely with leadership to help shape the direction of the Houston operation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a 360/full-desk recruiting role.
- Strong business development and sales experience.
- Background in energy, oil & gas, or a related staffing market.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something.
- Ability to develop new business while delivering for existing clients.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
