Job Description

Job Responsibilities  

  • Understand and implement the dealership's sales process.
  • Take ownership and excel in all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting new clients to vehicle delivery.
  • Present and demonstrate available inventory to potential customers.
  • Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare and review monthly sales plans.
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units in line with dealership standards.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and necessary certifications.   




Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' Automotive retail experience is preferred.
  • Previous GM experience is preferred.
  • Experience, education, and prior sales training are a plus.
