This is a remote position.

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring websites function flawlessly? Do you have experience in the automotive space and a strong eye for catching errors before they impact customers? If so, we want you on our team

We're looking for a Website Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and help maintain high-performing, error-free websites for car dealerships. From SEO optimization and form functionality to inventory accuracy and lead routing , you'll play a critical role in making sure every site runs smoothly across all devices.
What You'll Be Doing
Website Content & Functionality QA
  • Check for broken links, typos, readability issues, and formatting errors

  • Validate page speed, image/video loading, and overall site performance

  • Check backend settings & configurations to ensure they align with desired outcomes / client details.

SEO & Metadata QA

  • Review and optimize meta titles & descriptions for relevance and keyword targeting

  • Verify that structured data (schema markup) is correctly implemented

  • Ensure SEO elements align with dealership branding and geographical targeting

Inventory Feed Validation & Accuracy

  • Compare the inventory feed with the live website to ensure accuracy

  • Verify that VINs, vehicle counts, and listings are correct and updated

  • Report any discrepancies and ensure they're corrected before the site goes live

Form & Lead Routing QA

  • Submit test leads for quote requests, financing applications, and test drives

  • Ensure leads are routed correctly 

Mobile Testing

  • Perform responsive testing on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices

Navigation, CTAs & Accessibility Compliance

  • Test menu functionality, submenus, and header/footer links

  • Check call-to-action buttons (hover effects, redirects, usability)

  • Ensure compliance with ADA accessibility standards (keyboard navigation, alt text, contrast ratios)

Issue Tracking & Reporting

  • Log findings in JIRA and categorize issues by severity (High, Medium, Low)

  • Work with developers and content teams to resolve issues before launch

  • Conduct a final QA review before websites go live

Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Create and maintain QA checklists, testing procedures, and best practices

  • Document common issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference

  • Continuously refine and improve QA workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Provide feedback to developers and content teams to streamline the website build and QA process



RequirementsYou're a Great Fit If You Have:
Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
Strong knowledge of website QA, SEO, and usability testing Experience with WordPress-based platforms
Familiarity with JIRA, ADF/CRM integrations, and lead routing processes
A keen eye for detail —you catch errors before users do
The ability to manage multiple site reviews efficiently
Understanding of ADA compliance, responsive design, and cross-browser testing

Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
