Engineering Project Manager

About the Role:

As an Engineering Project Manager, the selected candidate will lead engineering projects from inception to completion. They will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget, aligning with both TRIADE, LLC’s and our client’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

ü Develop detailed project plans to track progress.

ü Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.

ü Ensure resource availability and allocation.

ü Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.

ü Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

ü Manage client and stakeholder relationships.

ü Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

ü Travel as needed to project sites.

Qualifications:

ü Proven experience as a project manager in engineering.

ü IT background

ü Strong understanding of engineering processes and terminology.

ü Preferred knowledge in ITIL methodology.

ü Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.

ü Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.

ü Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

ü Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

ü Fluent English

ü Remote work, however, availability for in-person meetings in Cupertino, CA, or Austin, TX is required."

This role is focused on managing engineering development projects, with the candidate being based remotely in the U.S. but required to travel approximately 10-15% of the time to Cupertino, CA, or Austin, TX.
