HVAC Helper

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable HVAC Helper to join our team in Sunrise. This position offers full-time employment with hourly pay ranging from $18 to $23, based on experience. The role will involve rotating weekend on-call.

• Responsibilities: Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating moving parts, and inspecting equipment for wear and tear.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Participate in rotating weekend on-call schedule to respond to emergency service calls.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory levels.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate work schedules and provide updates on project status.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• EPA license required.
• Clean driver's license.
• Previous experience working in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair is a plus.
  Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
