We are looking for an experienced business developer to drive customer acquisition in Europe and North America leveraging a well-aligned marketing and sales strategy.

Seize the opportunity to play a decisive role in shaping a company during its key growth stage

Tasks
  • Build and manage Planck's customer acquisition strategy across all channels
  • Solidify our brand identity in all target markets
  • Find and drive new partnerships to accelerate new customer acquisition
  • Develop and manage digital and field marketing events
  • Create and execute high-performance leadgen campaigns (PPC and outreach)
  • Optimize conversion rates for both inbound and outbound motions
  • Work with product, sales, and company leadership to refine our value proposition
Requirements
  • 5+ years of growth marketing / business development / sales experience for B2B software
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Familiarity with a range of outreach, martech, SEO, and analytics tools
  • Experience in campaign development and execution
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Bonus: Experience in the cybersecurity industry
