Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel, continually seeking ways to enhance satisfaction and strengthen client bonds.
  • Communication: Conduct effective project progress evaluations, draft technical specifications documents, and prepare presentations for business and technical audiences. Keep the Project Manager updated on status, issues, and progress.
  • Leadership/Project Management: Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules, collaborating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Development and Configuration: Code and configure changes in the Sapiens’ Core Suite.
  • Testing: Thoroughly unit test all configurations/developments, participate in the System Testing process with the QA team, and engage in User Acceptance Testing. Document test cases for long-term regression testing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Preferred experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, particularly in claims.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Associate Systems Analyst or Business Analyst-related experience.
  • BA/BS degree required (preferably in Computer Science or a related field).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinker capable of making informed decisions quickly and managing multiple work streams.
  • Experience in providing support to Product, Underwriting, Claims, and Finance teams, often outside of business hours.
