Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience in network engineering roles.

  • Architectural Prowess: Contribute to the evolution of our network monitoring and management environment with your expertise in designing enterprise-level solutions.

  • Vendor Proficiency: Navigate through various commercial network performance management tools, with particular expertise in Cisco and Broadcom apps.

  • Strategic Insight: Develop a premier network management environment that delivers transparency, reporting, and analytics crucial for impeccable performance.

  • Adaptability: Seamlessly install, operate, and customize network tooling products according to client requirements and industry best practices.

  • Change Management: Drive vital infrastructure changes while adhering to change control processes and collaborating closely with stakeholders.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and training to internal teams on network monitoring and management applications.

  • Maintenance Mastery: Schedule and execute upgrades and maintenance activities with precision.

  • Problem-solving prowess: Analyze system functions and failures to pinpoint and resolve issues effectively.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Work autonomously or collaboratively within a team environment to achieve collective goals.

Other Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
  • Automation Acumen: Experience with automation technologies like Python, Ansible, and GitHub is advantageous.
  • Data Dexterity: Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or similar BI applications is a plus.
  • Additional Tools: Exposure to Fortinet monitoring tools, Netbrain, Arista CVaaS, and other network management applications is beneficial.
  • Vendor Engagement: Potential involvement in evaluating and selecting vendor products aligning with our network monitoring strategy.
