Home Infusion Nurse

Join our Augusta team as a Home Infusion Nurse, providing compassionate care and expert infusion services to patients in their own homes.
Role and Responsibilities:- 🏡 Deliver exceptional at-home infusion care to patients in Augusta, focusing on personalized treatment.
- 💉 Administer and manage IVIG and other specialized infusion treatments.
- 📊 Conduct ongoing patient health assessments, adapting treatment plans as needed.
- 📝 Ensure meticulous documentation of all treatment activities in EMR, adhering to healthcare compliance.
- 🤝 Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- 🧰 Maintain and manage infusion equipment, upholding high standards of care.
- 🎓 Educate patients and their families on infusion therapies and overall health management.
- 🎓 Nursing degree with substantial experience as an RN, or relevant experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
- 🆔 Valid RN license in Georgia.
- ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- 🚗 Available for local travel within the Atlanta area.
- 💻 Proficiency in using EMR and other healthcare software.
- 🌍 Commitment to providing care in the community.
- 🕒 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
- 📅 Schedule: Day shift, includes weekends.
- 💲 Pay: $40-50/hr, based on experience.
- 📈 Benefits: Flexible schedule, professional growth opportunities.
- 🎓 Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Preferred).
- 🧑⚕️ Experience: Minimum 1 year (Preferred).
