Looking for a CNC Machinist to program/operate horizontal and vertical lathes and milling machines. Manual experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Number of hires for this role: 2 (one on day shift; one on night shift)

Need: Immediate

Qualifications:

High school or GED; Technical school a plus

Responsibilities include but not limited to:


Program, Set-up and operation of drilling, grinding, milling, etc. of CNC horizontal and vertical lathes and milling machines.
Dimensional part inspection
Translate verbal and written instruction to produce products in accordance with production needs by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
Confirm all parts are deburred and cleaned before going to inspection
Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner
Perform preventative maintenance tasks including fluid and filter checks
Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Attention to Detail
Oral and written communication; ability to read/write/speak English
