Plant Manager

A growing food company located in Northern California is currently searching for a Plant Manager. This position is open due to a recent internal promotion.In return, the company offers a great salary, bonus, excellent benefits, and excellent relocation if neededResponsibilities:Lead, coach, and manage a team of 350 FTE including 3 managers in a fast-paced food manufacturing environmentManage and mentor shift managers and supervisorsStrive for continuous improvement and efficienciesEnsure safety and quality procedures are followedReport directly to Director of Complex OperationsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor s degree Preferred but not required8+ years
experience in USDA regulatory manufacturing.5+ years experience as a Plant Manager or Operations Manager.Flexible to work with all shifts as needed.Strong CapEx experience.Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others.Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
