Rotating (United States of America)Job Description SummaryOur Senior Adult Unit provides inpatient care to seniors who experience behavioral changes that may put them at risk in their homes or community. The Senior Adult Unit is an acute care of the elderly (ACE) program with the goal to improve clinical outcomes for seniors.
Job Description:
As a Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patient’s progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
- Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Previous Diabetes Care experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science Degree Preferred
License/Certification(s):
- Current Massachusetts RN licensure
- BCLS required
