Our client is seeking a detailed oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate Invoice and Payment processing are maintained within their small Finance Department
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with QuickBooks and loves to work with a Team
Since you will be working with vendors, strong communication is also key to this role

AP Specialist
Salary: approx
$65k
Onsite : near Union, NJ (in office)

Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing Processing and Price Verifications
  • Processing Purchase Orders
  • Reconciling Vendor statements to General Ledger
  • Assisting with Bank Statements and Reconciliations

Skills Needed:
  • QuickBooks experience, required
  • Bachelor's Degree or Proven Experience in AP
  • At least 1-2 yrs experience with bookkeeping and accounting practices
