Press Operator – 3 rd Shift

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating a digital press.
  • Execute set-ups and adjustments.
  • Troubleshoot machinery and perform basic repairs.
  • Perform in process quality checks.
  • Ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds.
  • Ability to Stand for the entire duration of your shift.
  • Attention to detail, good communication skills, comfortable with computer applications.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate the press and lead the overall product outcome associated with the press.
  • Ensure that the product is produced to customer requirements.
  • Lead the press assistant in all aspects of operation, housekeeping and maintenance processes.
  • Ensure the machines are running at the best possible speed while not sacrificing safety or quality.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work center’s performance.
  • Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.


Starting Rate is $23-$26 per hour.
Potential for additional pay commensurate with experience.
Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday
