A healthcare network throughout the Greater Philadelphia region is seeking a licensed Psychiatrist to join their team.

About the Opportunity:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 5pm
• EMR: Cerner
• Patient Volumes: 10 per day
• Setting: Inpatient
• On Call: No

Responsibilities:

The Psychiatrist will::

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for inpatient psychiatric patients
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric treatment, including medication management and psychotherapy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in treatment meetings and clinical consultations
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
• Active and unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in the state of PA
