Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Job Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124

Duration: 4 months (possibility of extension)

Shift: Mond. To Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Description:

· Conduct assembly, alignments, and final configurations of components.

· Conduct Assembly work applying prescribed methods using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and test equipment.

· Collect test data and use databases and other office programs to document the manufacturing process.

· Participate in resolving production challenges and making process decisions.

· Assist in the selection and/or set-up of specialized equipment.

· Perform a wide variety of troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.

· Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance.

· Follow audit and safety guidelines.

· Participate in continuous process improvement.

· Daily Team Meetings are held to address barriers to production and to highlight employee wins.

· Employees are actively involved with exciting new and emerging products.

· All feedback is considered valuable and is captured via our Just Do It task program.

· Training is routinely provided either On the Job or via our Client University online portal.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Requires high school diploma or equivalent.

· 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.

· Background in precision mechanical assembly and low-volume, sophisticated manufacturing processes preferred.

· Experience in lean manufacturing, 6S and continuous improvement a plus.

· Previous assembly experience in a Clean Room environment is a plus.

· Experience with Windows-based and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Division-Specific Outlook, and Access).
