Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s financials, bank accounts, bank relationships, and cash flow, along with leading a team of accounting professionals, processing payroll, and overseeing HR responsibilities related to benefits and employee relations. With multiple divisions to account for, expertise with “closing the books” will be imperative.

Qualifications:

Qualifications include 5-7 years of hands-on experience with accounting, month-end processing, payroll, cash flow management and HR administration is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with, lead and delegate work to individuals from a variety of disciplines is necessary. Strong computer skills are essential to this position, with expertise utilizing QuickBooks, an HRIS and MS365 preferred. Transportation industry experience is a plus.
