team through our employee recognition programs Job Description:About the Role:As the Maintenance Supervisor, the person in this role will perform tasks such as training, coaching, mentoring, and developing new and existing employees. This person will problem-solve issues inventory shortages and make recommendations to management. This role is also responsible for routine storeroom task including receiving, stocking, issuing parts, cycle counting, and SAP functions. The focus of this position is to help maintain inventory accuracy, provide excellent customer service and problem-solve issues as the arise.Running various food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and proceduresFollowing work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality, including all quality assurance checks and keeping proper documentation.Being responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role, which has rotating days off. Shift hours typically follow a minimum of 8 hours with a maximum of 12 hours. 1st Shift: 6:45am - 3:00pm
2nd Shift: 2:45pm - 11:00pm
3rd Shift: 10:45pm - 7:00am About You:You'll fit right in:Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus.Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, complete changeovers, lift, twist, bend, and carry.The ability to work overtime and weekends.
