HR Manager ~Washington, D.C. Financial Services Company

$125k, hybrid work schedule, great benefits, growing company

My client is a growing financial services firm focused on investing in green energy companies with a need for a Human Resource Manager. The HR Manager will be located at their headquarters in downtown Washington, D.C., and will lead human resource operations and strategic initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will report to the COO and must have experience creating a company culture and establishing policies and procedures. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
• Responsible for overseeing all human resource generalist duties including, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and talent acquisition.
• Develop a system to analyze attrition and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement
• Coach and advise senior leaders on key people matters including team and individual development
• Manage the employee career development program and internship program
• Oversee employee benefits administration to include open enrollments
• Oversee and execute payroll and benefit plans through preferred vendors
• Review compensation levels and titles annually to ensure the appropriateness

Requirements:

BS/BA degree

7 + years' experience in human resources

Experience in establishing policies and procedures, i.e. performance review plans

Professional services or financial services experience is preferred

Ability to work in-office 2-3 times a week
