• Patient Volume: 17-21
• Physician in Practice: 5
• Support Staff: 1 APP, 2 RNs & 3 Office Staff
• Procedures: EEG (Electroencephalogram) & Brain death exam
• Office Equipment: EMG machine; Infusions will be done on site
