We especially want to hear from those with insurance defense experience You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence; assembling documents, outlines, and exhibits for court filings, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and hearings; 2+ years of solid litigation legal assistant or secretary experience, experience with insurance defense is a big plus
~ Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
~ A thorough understanding of litigation procedures and the discovery process
