Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Plant Manager in New YorkResponsibilities:Provide a vision to inspire and drive the plant employees to achieve and surpass all set business goals and objectivesMonitor the key drivers designated for each functional areaResponsible efficiency of operations and production improvementsPerform the overall supervisory role for all departments within the plantLead the creation, communication and implementation of effective processes and growth strategiesCollaborate with Human Resources on staffing needs and issuesAct as a hands on leader in all operationsResponsible for all safety, quality initiatives, financial initiatives, and continuous training and compliance Interact with external partiesCreate an accountable, success-oriented environment within the business unit Act as a Morale Officer for the entire plant Ability to understand and improve all efficiencies and inefficiencies within the plantRequirements:Bachelor degree required5-10 years industry experienceWritten and verbal communications skillsComputer and Financial literacyExceptional time management and organizational skills
