PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The main responsibility of the BusPerson is to maintain the cleanliness and organization in all public areas, including the dining areas, storerooms, food pick up area, and beverage station while following our cleanliness and stock standards.

Day to Day:

  • Prep all areas for shift opening, ensuring cleanliness, and organization.
  • Replenish all items as needed throughout the shift.
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables.
  • When needed, assist in brewing coffee at deli location while maintaining cleanliness standard.
  • Ensure that all public areas are held to clean standard.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Food Handler Card
