We have over 25,000 employees across 77 offices in 40 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Australia, and Asia.What will you do?Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fixImplement virus detection and eradication proceduresDiagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutionsDiagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutionsTroubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the NetworkSupporting IT equipment in large corporate environmentDesktop/laptop tech support (Windows Environment)Windows 10/11 operating systemsIT equipment Install/Move/Add/ChangeResearch and troubleshoot problemsTrack and resolve customer incidents and requests through the client's ticketing toolTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows devicesInventory management of IT assets including asset auditingAbility to research and follow appropriate KB articlesVarious other tasks associated with deskside servicesMay need to be available to provide support at other client locations as neededOther duties as assigned
