team through our employee recognition programs Job Description:About the Role:The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the movement of product/freight on the dock, plant and warehouse area within the Hobart Distribution Center. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:Efficiently and accurately using company systems(SAP) to receive inbound/outbound deliveries to increase warehouse efficiencyDemonstrate strong customer orientation with incoming and outgoing interactions with delivery drivers and othersCollaborate with other DC employees such as the DC Lead or Supervisor to complete daily work load needed within department.Demonstrated ability to perform and train other employees in these areas, SAP check in/out drivers, staging orders, inventory issues, OS&D log issues and job assignments.Participation in daily, weekly and quarterly inventory and pallet counts, as assigned.Responsible for First in First Out rotation for all Green Bay plant request.Additional tasks and duties may be assigned from time to time as necessitated by business needsImportant Details: This is a full-time on-site role supporting the plant predominantly on 1st shift with schedule flexing between all shifts as required.About You:You'll fit right in if you have:Education generally equivalent to a high school diplomaMinimum of two years of warehouse work experienceThe ability to communicate fluently in English to work with customers and vendors and uses clear written and oral communication skills to complete shipping and receiving documentsBasic mathematical skills to be able to add, subtract, multiply and divideBasic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as:
