Salary: $48.00 - $52.00 per hour (based on experience)

Alliance Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dialysis RN Nurse to join our team in Irvington, New Jersey. As a Dialysis RN Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dialysis treatment to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer dialysis treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and assess their response to therapy.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, dialysis treatment, and self-care techniques.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
  • Minimum of 18 months of inpatient/in-center dialysis experience providing dialysis treatment.
  • Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
