Located in Fayetteville, Whispering Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation was the first licensed nursing home in North Carolina and has a long tradition of providing quality care to our residents.  Our facility is designed not only for those residents who have long-term care needs, but also for those who have complex medical conditions and for those who are recovering from surgery or illness.  By offering a comprehensive rehabilitation program, skilled nursing services and an outstanding life enrichment activities program, we provide a holistic approach to our residents’ care and well-being. 

Talented Nurses Needed – RN and LPN

We currently have multiple Nursing openings in the following areas:

  • 16 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday 

We are looking for new team members who desire to make a difference in the long-term care arena and to positively touch lives.  If you are looking to be a part of a growing, innovative company that puts service to others as their top priority, then you may be interested in joining our team.  The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in long-term care, be compassionate and caring, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours and motivate staff.

Qualifications:
• Required – Credentialed in NC with unencumbered NC License / Certification
• Preferred - Two years’ experience in a Long Term Care environment
• Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software -- AHT a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Very comfortable with using computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation
