Job Overview

The Continuous Improvement (CI) Senior Manager will play a key role in leading the Continuous Improvement journey within Supply Chain. This position will manage a team of Continuous Improvement professionals responsible for delivering successful process improvement projects within Coffee Supply Chain by utilizing Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies. This position requires the individual to identify high-value waste elimination opportunities and collaborate with the appropriate leaders to plan their execution.

This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership on a regular basis and requires an ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. The senior manager will need to demonstrate leadership skills and passion around continuous improvement, as well as strong communication, facilitation and project management capabilities.

This position may be based in Burlington, MA or Frisco, TX.

Position Competencies and Responsibilities

  • Develop People - Develop the technical, project management, and facilitation abilities of the Continuous Improvement team
  • Drive Culture Change - Lead our culture towards being data-driven, root cause problem solvers
  • Will require travel within North America approximately 50-60% of weeks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university (preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma training (MBB/BB preferred)
  • High capability with standard software products such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to perform statistical analysis and related analytical tools
  • Experience in managing direct reports
