WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
* The purpose and responsibilities of a Permit Processor are to ensure that all homes that require permits for our work are obtained in a timely manner.
* A candidate would need to understand requirements for various ordinances and ensure we have permit in-hand prior to installation day as well as ensuring that we schedule and pass any inspections upon completion of work.
* Review daily sales for jobs that require permits
* Ensure jobs are sold to meet requirements of ordinance and permit requirements
* Prepare and submit permit applications
* Pick up and pay for permits as needed
* Ensure required paperwork is posted at job site during work
* Schedule inspections for work as needed
* Communicate as necessary with Production and Operations Manager regarding failed inspections, requirements, etc.

SKILLS:
* General understanding of day-to-day construction site operations
* 2 years Administration experience, Customer Service
* Proficient computer skills: MS Office, Excel
* Detail-oriented, multi-tasking

Required to work Monday thru Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay: $18 / Per Hour
