Prepare and portion prep items for efficient line work and maintain a clean kitchen environment. Check the quantity and quality of foods or supplies. Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met. Coordinate the timing of food production activities. Coordinate activities of food service staff to ensure timely delivery of services. Create new recipes or food presentations. Comply with state, federal, and all other applicable health care, safety, and sanitation standards, and monitor activities of individuals to ensure safety or compliance with rules. Assist in inventorying and storing incoming food, supplies, etc., as necessary. Requirements include: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; Two years of experience in the job offered; Knowledge in preparing and cooking Asian cuisine required.
