Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAE Engineer to join our team. This position will focus on Full Vehicle Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) analysis to enhance product design and performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modal analysis, frequency response analysis, and acoustic sensitivity, utilizing industry-leading tools and methodologies.



Responsibilities:

Perform complex NVH simulations and analyses on full vehicle models to predict and optimize vehicle performance.
Utilize LS-Dyna for detailed crash model simulation and analysis.
Develop and refine CAE models using pre-processor/post-processor tools such as Ansa/Meta and Hyperworks.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate simulation results into practical design solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts and contribute to the development of internal analysis methodologies.
Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to stakeholders and management teams.



Required Skillset:

A minimum of 6+ years of industry experience as a CAE analyst specializing in Full Vehicle NVH, including expertise in modal analysis, frequency response analysis, and acoustic sensitivity.
Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience with LS-Dyna in conducting crash model simulations.
3+ years of experience with ANSA/MetaPost for CAE model construction, visualization, and analysis.
5+ years of experience in crash safety analysis, with a preference for candidates who have full vehicle crash experience.
Proficiency in using solvers such as Optistruct and Nastran.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Aerospace Engineering (AERO).



Bonus Skillset:

Previous Experience in an R&D environment.
