Management Analyst II

The Management Analyst II is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and close out of programs and projects in the Defense Acquisition Lifecycle. This involves interfacing with stakeholders for assembling project teams; assigning individual responsibilities; identifying appropriate resources; developing schedules to ensure timely completion; meeting deadlines; scope management; cost management; quality management; communications management; risk management; and procurement management.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with end item customers, and maintaining project end state deliverables, schedules, and milestones
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process and Navy program execution.
- Demonstrated experience synthesizing programmatic requirements, budgets and schedules to work across the program branches in support of developing acquisition strategies, acquisition plans and procurement requests, and providing support for developing new contracts.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledgeable of production contracts and Navy production management
Qualifications:
Required
- SECRET clearance required.
- 7 or more years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field
Desired
- Bachelor's level degree in a business or technical field.
- 7 or more years of experience with Navy / DoD Acquisition Framework, DOD Acquisition Requirements, modern government contracting/sourcing strategies and methodologies (Other Transaction Agreements, Small Business Innovative Research, etc.), DOD Acquisition Program Startup and/or In-Service Programs.
