Our client is currently seeking a Manufacturing Director for their fast-paced, advanced technology development company. Key responsibilities include implementing efficient organization and management protocols, focusing on resource utilization, and developing methods to support rapid growth in product sales and manufacturing processes. Strong organizational and leadership skills, along with a commitment to both growth and the health of the organization, are essential.The Manufacturing Director will maintain production schedules, allocate man-loading, and work within budget constraints while ensuring order and cohesiveness as workload changes. Exceptional multi-program/project management skills are essential. We seek an individual with outstanding communication, team-building, and supervisory skills.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Lead overall manufacturing strategy, planning, operations, procurement, and ERP management.Incorporate operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control into manufacturing processes.Adopt process designs, technologies, and methods maximizing operational efficiency.Plan and forecast resources for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce.Design and maintain an effective organizational structure supporting business strategies.Lead change management activities, foster effective relationships, and provide strong leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors of Science in Engineering (ABET Accredited), Masters of Science Engineering (Preferred).8+ years of manufacturing and warehouse supervisory/management experience.Experience working in equipment manufacturing environmentStrong computer skills including MRP, ERP, inventory and warehouse management, MS Office, PowerPoint.U.S. Citizen.
