The Judge Group is currently seeking a Corporate Hygienist Manager for a manufacturing company based out of the Los Angeles area. The Corporate Hygienist position is responsible for multiple sites and is providing leadership and technical expertise in the development and maintenance of effective Sanitation programs and supporting Environmental Management for the manufacturing plants. RESPONSIBILITIES:*Review and approve all RCA investigations for positive results in EMP at all facilities.*Review all plant scorecards for Sanitation on a monthly basis.*Establish and maintain a uniform sanitation program throughout multiple manufacturing sites.*Partner with Enterprise Food Safety and Plant Sanitation Managers to develop and implement a Master Sanitation Schedule for each facility and audit functions to ensure compliance and documentation of results. *These schedules will be routinely audited and annually reviewed by the Group Hygienist and adjustments will be made as needed. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:*Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology Microbiology or a degree in a related field from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.*5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing with demonstrated experience/achievements in Sanitation.*Demonstrated experience, strength, and in-depth knowledge of Environmental Monitoring programs within the food industry.*Demonstrated experience, strength, and in-depth knowledge of sanitation, pest control and plant manufacturing systems.*Thorough knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, food manufacturing sanitation standards.*Must have strong food safety and microbiology background in relation to pest control, pathogen& allergen control, spoilage and plant sanitation including knowledge of sanitary and hygienic design UI 621278
