Location: Women and Children's Medical Plaza -15901 Bass RoadFort Myers, FL 33908 Department: Rehab Svcs Women and Childrens Med Plaza Work Type: PRN Shift: Shift 1 / 7:30:00 AM to 6:00:00 PM PRN Pay Rate: $51.14 / hour Summary Conducts and documents the evaluation and treatment of functional impairment in accordance with standards of the profession as delineated in the state practice act, regulatory, and accrediting agencies and Guide to Practice. Accurately and effectively communicates with patients, other team members, and appropriate authorized parties including, but not limited to, case managers, physicians, and payors. Work independently and demonstrate competency selecting and administering appropriate evidence base practice diagnostic procedures. Provide appropriate referrals and recommendations based on evaluation results and patient/family needs. Performs all duties in a competent and safe manner. Presents self professionally in both a physical and behavioral manner. Participate in interdisciplinary teams. Requirements Educational Requirements Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required/ Preferred and/or Master's Audiology Required or Doctorate Audiology Preferred Experience Requirements Minimum Years Required Area of Experience Required/ Preferred and/or No Experience Required State of Florida Licensure Requirements Licenses Required/ Preferred and/or Audiologist License Required Certifications/Registration Requirements Certificates/Registrations Required/ Preferred and/or US:FL:Fort Myers
