Qualifications

QualificationsEducation
  • (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing . Required or
  • (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing . Required
Work Experience
  • 3+ years progressive clinical and management experience Required
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Demonstrates skills in human relations, human & material resource management. Required
  • Evidence of ability to provide exceptional nursing leadership. Required
  • Demonstrates the ability to facilitate change, excellent communication and organizational skills. Required
  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers. Required
  • Able to handle high-pressure situations. Required
  • Knowledge of current technology and equipment to meet patient and employee needs. Required
  • PC and computer applications. Required
Licenses and Certifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio Required and
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) BLS Required
