Associate Dentist

Responsibilities:

Perform complex dental procedures, including restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery.

Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex dental needs.

Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in dentistry through continuing education, research, and participation in professional organizations.

Mentor and train dental team members on advanced procedures and best practices to enhance patient outcomes and practice efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, infection control protocols, and standards of practice.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

Board certification or eligibility in a dental specialty is preferred.

Current licensure to practice dentistry in the state of California.

Demonstrated proficiency in advanced dental procedures and technologies.
