- Will be responsible for staff management, planning and quality control
- Must have own tools and be able to read plans
- Must submit to background check
- Must have active drivers license and be a driver in good standing
- Extensive knowledge of commercial construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety and applicable building codes
- Comfortable working on aerial lifts, swing staging, and ladders
- References required
