Food ScientistThe Food Scientist will have the following duties and responsibilities:Provide technical expertise and leadership to internal and external customersDocument and record project resultsSupport sales efforts by instructing customers and distributors on the usage and selection of ingredients for formulationsWork with Foodservice, Domestic, and International customers and distributorsDevelop new formulations to showcase ingredientsFacilitate product improvements or enhancements in customer formulationsProvide introductory presentations, open houses and training seminars to customers and distributorsOrganize and prepare samples and demonstrations for trade showsSupport new product development efforts from screening of products to usage developmentProvide input on marketing materialsTravel as needed for both domestic and international tripsTechnical Qualifications:BS in Food Science3-5 years
